I had a root canal that was actually the easiest dental procedure I have experienced. I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep, and it was completed in one visit. As someone who typically has a difficult time during dentist visits, I attribute my comfort to the extra care and consideration that was given to me by Dr. Engel and his assistant.

I just had a root canal done by Dr Engel yesterday. This was unfortunately my fourth one I’ve ever had, but I have to say, this was the easiest because he did it. There isn’t a better endo that could have taken care of me and my anxiety around the situation. He is so thorough, kind, down to earth & comforting. I found him to be incredibly professional and efficient as well. I hope I never need his services again, but if I do, I’ll have much less anxiety knowing I’m in the best hands. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the front desk staff, Dana and Lindsey are the BEST at what they do. There is no question I felt silly asking; they were like talking to old friends. And I absolutely loved Dr Engel’s angel of an assistant, Paula. She is lovely & treated me like I was her daughter at both my consult and root canal. I’m so grateful for her! Thank you, to Dr E and your rockstar staff! I wish you all the best!

I’ve had several root canals by Dr. Engel and unfortunately might be having another soon. I can truthfully say, he is the best. I would rather have a root canal by him any day over a routine dental cleaning or a routine cavity filling at my regular dentist (who I also love) but that should give you a clear idea of just how good he is. One of them was extremely difficult and he was able to do it still, without any harm to my crown. My root canals were on both a back molar and a front/side tooth. He’s also extremely kind and will explain everything as he works. His staff is also incredible and so kind.

Dr Engel performed a root canal for me, with great attention and exceptional explanation and skill. LOL I have issues….super sensitive in recent years and so I was a special case with regard to pain. Dr Engel ensured there was no pain. I had seen three dentists regarding my issues. One fixed a cracked tooth (from eating clams!) and I wasn’t thrilled with her work as the cap seemed to feel funny, but it didn’t hurt….at first. Later, it began to hurt, and my new dentist took a crack (see what I did there?!?) at it, trying mouth guards first, and then sent me to an endontist. I was also about to go on a trip overseas and I didn’t want to have extreme pain there. Dr Engel’s staff got me in! Dr Engel’s work has me chewing on both sides again! He and his staff are the best❤️

I just had a root canal done by Dr. Engel. He thoroughly explained the procedure and I literally had zero pain during or after procedure. Its like it never even happened but I have the X-ray that shows that it did. I can’t think of anything that could’ve made this experience any better.
